You have a 303 LEC (Lee Enfield Carbine) Enfield Carbine from 1900.

Shortened from a standard Enfield Carbine for a contract for the Royal Irish Constabulary (RIC).

Great find, these sell in the $ 500.00 to $1200.00 range, depending on condition.

The "DP" marking on the barrel and the two "Broad Arrows" nose to nose facing each other, mean that it was a Drill Purposes rifle that was sold from out of British/RIC military usage. This would have some what of a negative effect on it's collectors value. Also since Drill Purposes rifles weren't meant to be fired, have a competent gunsmith, inspect, headspace, and test fire it, if you intend to shoot it.
