I have this H&R Shotgun that was my grandfathers No. 78366. Estimate over 100 plus years old. Any info plus an estimated value.

Hello Tom there is no way we can give you a value with the lack of information . Look at the top few post STICKY and one of them will tell you how to post pictures. We need detailed up close well lit e pictures. You can also search on the auction side of gunbroker on Shotgun H&R and see what others are listed for you only need to look at the ones that have BIDS. Baring that we need to know if this shotgun is single barrel or double barrel .outside Hammer or Hammerless what length barrel if it has a rib on barrel or not if the barrel has Choke markings or not and % of ORIGINAL finish on both wood and metal. As your question reads now it is akin to asking I have a Ford with vin number 123lhd45678 What is it worth . The serial number of yours only lets us know it was built before 78367 and after 78365[:(][:(]
