cant find the gun i'm looking for!.......need help

So yeah, I know I'm being picky, but here's what I'm looking for:
Budget around 1k (a little flexible)
Bolt '06, lightweight as possible ( >7 lbs), good quality action/trigger (miss my sako), stainless/synthetic, w/ IRON SIGHTS, a mauser style action would be great but not required.
The iron sight makes it the doozy but got to have it
So tell me what you know

    Look at the Ruger Hawkeye, and its many variations of the 77 MK II. Also, if you are not set on the 06' action length, try the Remington Model Seven. If it were not for the iron sights, I would say the Tikka T-3, hands down. But don't rule out the CZ 550 either. They are VERY nice!

    All the choices you were given are great. If you decide to modify your choices, and save a lot of money, reconsider a lever action rifle with iron sights. If you reconsider a scoped rifle, Tikka.
