BROWNING & BERETTA 380 HELP NEEDED

Hello,can anyone tell me if a Beretta 84 barrel will drop in and work in a Browning BDA 380.If not, who and where can I get an answer.Thanks.

    The slides are different, the barrels might be to? The Beretta has an open top slide like the previous Beretta pistols, whereas the Brownings is enclosed, as shown in this photo.

    THANKS GUYS,WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS.I HAVE A BDA THAT I JUST PURCHASED HERE ON G.B.THAT IS MISSING THE BARREL AND THERE IS A AUCTION HERE FOR A BERETTA 84 PARTS KIT WITH BARREL.I WAS TOLD THAT IN THE 80S THESE WHERE MADE IN ITALY BY PB FOR BROWNING AND THE GUTS ARE THE SAME.I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF I BUY THIS PARTS KIT THE BARREL WILL DROP IN AND WORK.DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE OTHER PARTS OR GRIPS.

    HI,I HAVE ONE JUST LIKE YOUR PICTURE,BUT I GOT A FIXER UPPER MISSING THE BARREL AND I CAN SAVE A LITTLE $$ IF PB 84 IS EXACT AS BDA AND YES THE SLIDES ARE VERY DIFFERANT.THE ONLY THING THAT IS A FACT IS MAGS ARE 100% THE SAME.

    WELL I THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE THIS ,I CONTACTED BROWNING AND THEY COULD NOT ANSWER THIS,MID WEST ALSO AND SOME PLACE IN MINN.GOOD LUCK WHO GETS THE IM SMARTER THAN THEM.

    Gun Parts has both barrels in stock. Going by the prices, they look to be different. You can check these out yourself. It just takes a little searching.


    EDIT
    Call gunparts corp and ask them if they will get both barrels out and compare them.

    There is no sence bumping this up everyday as nobody has answered you yet.
