CMP M1 Bayonet - Part II
Just got my "unknown manufacturer" bayonet for $65 from CMP. Definitely used, but I have no complaint:

Looks like a nice one!
Good luck with it..0 -
Howdy nmyers,
Not a bad price, I'd say. Looked in G. Cunningham's bayonet book and could not find those markings? Least not of the five manfacturers he lists?
Off topic, if I may?... With CMP, to buy other than firearms, i.e.-- ammo, parts, bayos', does one required to belong to a "recognized" shooting club? Used to buy stuff when in a club from the old DCM and wondering what rules apply with CMP?
edit: Mark C.-- thanks for the link, somehow missed it on the CMP site.

as mentioned already, multiple manufacturers makers stamps didn't seem to be important
or consistent.
