    Unless there is something seriously wrong with it, $200 sounds like a pretty nice buy on a 65% Model 12!

    "26" full choke"...........check to make sure it has not been cut, if it has it is cylinder bore now. still a good buy, you can have win-chokes installed.

    That is too good of a deal. Check that gun over very carefully for repair/function/ etc. If it passes you got a real good deal. Let us know.

    Solid rib gun should have deluxe wood too, good buy. Ask him to let you shoot it out the back door.

    Models 12's were offered in 26" full choke configurations with the solid rib beginning in 1914 IIRC.


    I also own several solid rib models 12's that dont have deluxe wood.(field grade).
