K98 price
Local store (Gunnies) has a few K98's for $329. All appear to be RC with the electro penciling. Not looking for a collector grade to sell and retire. Just want to collect battle rifles from WWII. Is this a fair price?

$329 is a trifle high, but in the ballpark for an RC.

Those early R.C.s were of better condition than the latter ones for sure. If it is the earlier version with a "cleaner" look to it, about right,,but 300 would be better. 0 -
I have to disagree a bit. If in really EXCELLENT refurb condition, I would go no higher than about $250, perhaps $275 if it had interesting reciever markings etc. The market is so down, and there are so many of those things floating around that I can't justify spending the money. Bring backs are down in price too...perhaps you wanna make hay while the sun shines as it were and pick up a real collector along those lines while you can pick them up under $600? 0
