I am considering on purchasing an AO M1 Carbine, can anyone give me insight on the rifle?

  Anybody have any hands on experience with these? Now that Kahr owns Auto Ordinance I'm wondering if the quality is good, as the suggested price seems kind of high.

  They did have some issues when the rifle first went onto the market and must have cleaned them up I have not herd anything else other than it is not a USGI rifle.

  you can get a decent real GI for about the same price if you are buying it new... jmo..
