REMINGTON 870 1100 TRIGGER GROUP NO SAFETY

    Once upon a time, Timney made a complete trigger group for Remingtons. It has been a long time and I don't recall details, but I would not be surprised at a trapgun trigger made without safety.
    Mine just has a big hole where I took it out.

    CAUTION, it might be a release trigger.
    Best get it checked by a trapshooter or gunsmith for the sport.
    And find out which gun it is for so you can advertise it properly.

    I can't help with the current value, they were as high as $250 when in production, but fewer shooters use Remingtons these days.

    Nope.
    The 1100 has the carrier release button - a little rectangular chrome bar at the rear of the carrier/front of the trigger guard - the 870 does not. I figure you have an 1100 part and the extension release button goes with it.

    Thank you for the information I thought it may be as you said . I always thought 870 and 1100 had the same trigger group ? I have been wrong before just ask the wife . I will see what I can find. it came with other 870 parts I bought so thats what I was going off of . its a very well made and smooth pulling triger just holding it as is . I will list it with photos this weekend with what info I have. start with a low price let everyone decide what its worth thanks and any more info would be helpfull

    Its not a release trigger I did check that has to be set and pulled to the rear as normal .
