Well, # 1,2,8 and maybe 9 are sporterized Mausers (can't see #9 so it's hard to tell if it's origional or modified). Values run from 100-600 depending on who did the work. The same is true of the 03-a3
#3 is the forrunner of todays CZ-550 line of sporting rifles
Sounds like 3 German P-08's (Parabellum model 1908) from different manfactures. Values range from 350-1000 depending on condition, accessories and origionality.

Unmodified the two 33/40's are amongst the most collectable of military mausers..if chopped, amongst the saddest of military mausers. The Orden & Patria '35 is a Chilean banner Mauser and if original, they are getting up there in value. Boils down to pictures...I can't tell originality without pics, so values are a shot in the dark.

That is a very nice collection. The guns are in good shape from the photo's...

The luger's alone may be worth big bucks dependent on #'s matching and other factors. Those you should get some individual information on in a individual case basis.

For starters invest in a current gun value book. Do some research and price each gun in its own realm.

1st and foremost find a good safe to keep them in and be very careful who you show them to. Lest you be robbed.

OK, that is a nice start! More, and better pics, but this much I CAN say. The 03a3 is original (from what I can see, and that will be the case with all I comment on here) and looks nice. Dependent upon variation, $500 to start. The carbine looks nice as well and is in about the same $ range, but can get pricey if it is a rare variation/maker. The Lugers are not my area of expertise, but they look nice an original. The P08 red marked guns were normally redone commercials that were originally chambered in 30 cal or other chambering than 9mm; they were overhauled and marked as such for military use (you see this on the Mauser C96's and Steyr Hahn M12's too). Most of those markings look like WWI rather than WWII. They, as a group, call out for much deeper appraisal.

The one 33/40 pictured...these are big buck guns, perhaps as high as $1500. Dependant on originality (and it looks virgin)and condition, it could go higher. The AK clone is what it is...a newer gun that will not command huge sums, but is a good shooter and worth perhaps $400?

Your step dad had good taste in my view, and seemed to avoid butchering nice mil-surp guns, and the fact he has those 33/40's in there points to the fact he was pretty damn sharp as well as to what he invested in. They were available after the war as surplus for about $40 when a surplus standard Mauser would have been $20. Many people chopped up the 33/40's with their lightened recievers as they made wonderful custom platfoems to build a nice hunting carbine. They were so popular that there are few originals left like the one I saw in your collection.

Anyway, hope this has helped a little; more pictures and more close-ups will help me and others nail it down somewhat better.

Thank you all for help. Your responses are confirming some of my suspicions and research since my Step Dad was a huge WWII buff and Korean war vet. His other passion was mode

2 or the 3 lugers have number matching holsters with dual clips (wooden base) and even the adjustment tools

The M1 has multiple clips and neither 33/40 seems to be altered in any way.

The remington 1911 is chambered in .45 and is army green in color. I think this might have been his own sidearm from Korea, which would make it priceles to me

Now I just need how to get them from Las Vegas to NJ

Prior to moving them to NJ, I would to a lot of research regarding the firearms laws in Jersey. As far as I know they are have very strict laws regarding handguns and semi-auto longguns. Hate to see you putting yourself in the position of having all those valuable guns confiscated, because you fell afoul of some of their restrictive stupid laws.

For one thing - the M1 Carbine is a banned "assault weapon" in NJ.
You may need to get gun purchaser's ID card from local or state police to legally possess the hand guns. NJ is a real mess - they just passed the one gun a month regulation and are working on registering purchasers of ammo - if not alread enacted. We get a lot of NJ potential buyers here in PA and many are disappointed that PA requires us to obey the Jersey laws with Jersy residents.
    Good luck.

From one NJ person to another. Take your time in bringing them here to the Garden State. If you want to own them legally be certain to start with a firearms ID card to own the rifles.

You will need a separate permit for the pistols and though you can get multiple permits when you file it takes time and you may be rejected by NJSP even after your local police think things are OK.

Dependent on that you may be best to have a agent in Nevada sell off any banned guns or ones you dont want.

Do the math on the pistol registrations and other fees.

You may be itching to get and shoot some of those arms. Do your homework and think it thru first.

Good luck they are some nice works of art.
