Reversing Safety on Browning BAR Safari
Hi all,
I just purchased a Browning BAR Safari 7mm and being left-handed, would like to reverse the safety. I know that it's an ambidextrous safety, but I can't find anywhere how to actually switch the safety.
Can anyone provide instructions? I know I can take it to a gunsmith, but if it's fairly easy, I'd like to just switch it myself.
Thanks!

buckslayer5676---IMHO---Don't be fiddeling with triggers, or safeties, unless you have had some training, or are in some fashion qualified!!!!! Take it to your gunsmith!!!!! HAWKSHAW 0 -
Yeah, I'll probably end up having to take it in. I know on my Winchester Model 100, it was very easy to reverse the safety, so I was just wondering the process on the BAR (I'm sure much more difficult than the Winchester).
Has anyone out there ever reversed the safety on a BAR that can illustrate how easy/difficult it was?0
