7 MM Magnum
I have been trying to sell some of the 7 magnum ammo for a while and I have not had much luck. I just did a search on GunBroker and found no ammo or rifles in this caliber. Is this one of thoes calibers that are not going to make it? Are there not very many of these rifles being sold.

Wish I knew you had 700 magnum ammo for sale. I use one for NRA pistol bulleyes shooting.
My pet load is a "D" battery {same as a DEWC} over 2 ounces of C4 and a 209 primer.[:D]0 -
Emmett Dunham,
"700 MM Magnum"
"I have been trying to sell some of the 700 magnum ammo..."
Maybe a little more explanation or using the proper terms would help us help you.

Emmett,
I know where your trouble is. Those milli-meckers & maxi-meckers confuse me sometimes too.
700 mm would be approx. 28 inches (one big GUN). As nononsense stated, you need to be more accurate & thorough with telling us what it is you wish to do.

Sorry, I posting that wrong, I most likley did the search the same way. Being dislectic and senile is working on me. I have tried to sell the ammo before and had it was listed correctly on other sites. I did searches for it selling on sites on the net and I had the price down enough that it should have sold during the ammo rush and it just set there. That is why I asked about the caliber and rifle. I will do another search here.
Thanks
Emmett
PS: Considering the disabilities I can still print small tight groups!0 -

7mm is a dying caliber IMO. I sell a lot of ammo on the auction side, Every time I try to sell 7mm magnum it sits for a long time and sells for about 15 per box, shipping hurts ammo sales so you have to get it cheap or have a bunch to choose from 0 -
Emmett Dunham,
7mm Remington Magnum, is probably STILL the most popular belted magnum in existance. Yes, there are several other 7MM magnums, and several other belted magnums, but as ammo sales, and reloading die sales, still suggest, the 7mm Remington Magnum is at the top of the heap. Remington has two other 7mm Magnums in their stable as well. The 7mm RUM, and the 7mm RSAUM(a short action version of the RUM). Other popular 7mm's are the 7mm Weatherby, 7mm STW, and 7mm WSM.
I think to sell well, you need to advertise well, and correctly.

"I think to sell well, you need to advertise well, and correctly.".....+1......you also need to price correctly, if you can buy that same ammo at wally would for $16 you'd have to price yours at about $8 to start, shipping is what kills ammo sales. The last time I shipped a 'brick' of .22's it cost about $14. 0
