Renato Gamba - what model and value?

I have the serial number of a Renato Gamba 12 gauage over under shot gun but cannot figure out what its model number is or worth. The receiver is silver color with some light engraving, the serial number is 5294. Anyone help with this? I had hoped with at least a serial number I could figure it out and sent a request to Renato Gamba which came back with I think a web page entry rejection in Italian I couldnt understand.
