WWII Win. Mod. 12 Barrel...Trench or Riot? (Pics)
I have this Winchester Model 12 barrel with ordnance proofs and a "41" date stamp. It is 2 3/4 CYL bore and is 19.5" in length(20.5" OAL). Threads are pretty sharp/, bore is really nice, finish has a nice patina to it, but not too beat up. I was wondering if this is typical of the trench gun config. that accepts bayonet lug/heat shield, or is it a plain barrel riot model? Also, what do you think it could be worth? Thanks for any help.[;)]

That is a riot gun barrel. Trench gun barrels have no sight bead and have notches under the muzzle for the shroud screws. 0 -
