Browning x bolt micro hunter vs Midas
Can someone explain the exact differences between the two rifles? The website appears to say the Midas is an upgraded model. But I can't find info on the exact differences. Nobody locally has either in stock. Also, would opinions on this rifle for use with my 7 yo son. Small frame and recoil sensitive. Thinking about a 22-250 to teach him to shoot.
Thanks for any help

The length of pull is shorter, stock is shorter, on the Midas. They both have a 20" barrel.
If it is his first rifle, get a 22 to teach him to shoot. Also, the browning are not a huge rifle anyway. The hunter or other model has a 22" barrel and could use forever. If you get a center fire to teach to shoot. I would suggest a 223. Otherwise a 243 or 7mm-08.0 -
A Browning x bolt micro hunter is a newer version of the Micro Medallion.I knew a guy used one of these ( Micro Medallion ) in .243 he was over 6 ft. tall and loved it. The X Bolt Hunter is all so made in Left Hand [:)] 0 -
I have a Micro in 308, if you would buy this one, he could use it forever. I am 5- 11 250 and I LOVE mine.
