9x18 Makarov Case Guage?
Why is it nobody makes a case guage ( Go No Go Guage) for the 9x18 Makarov caliber? I've called all the big companies and no luck. Then I contacted a company that is willing to make on for me. Catch is, I would have to buy 10 to help pay for their cost. These would be top of the line of course, but trying to sell them all my be a issue, or would it??? I have an account on gunbroker here and would sell these at my cost just to break even. I feel they are worth getting out there and would be happy to be the first seller. And if they all sell, then the company will be able to make them for me anytime!Anyone interested? Let me know.

If there were a demand for them, somebody would make them. That's probably a good hint if you were thinking of selling the other nine. 0 -
Remove your barrel, and use it for your gauge.
Quick, simple, accurate and cheap0 -
Simpler: Remove the slide and use the barrel as a guage. 0 -
Understood. But that being said, why not do that for all caliber guns then? I mean they make them for a reason right? 380, 9mm, .45 ACP, ect. My point is, these guns are small, affordable and concealable. Every gun I carry for protection, I case guage every round, factory load or reload. If I ever need to protect my life I want to know I did everything I could to make sure each round was going to function. It's a simple tool. Just surprised it's not available. 0 -
They make them for "gadget collectors". IE those folks that simply must have every toy, needed or not.
There is a long list of reloading gadgets, that are not required to make safe and fully functional ammo.0
