LATEST ON THE STOLEN GUN I BOUGHT ON GUN BROKER
Hi Guys
I want to than all you wonderful guys who gave me very good advice on my huge problem. Livonia Pawn Shop in Conyers Georgia that sold me the STOLEN gun on Gun Broker, has finally agreed they sold me a STOLEN gun and supposedly put my $2,900.00 back in my Visa account. Livonia Pawn Shop only came through when I told them I was going to file in Magistrate Court in there county, they probably been before the Judge there before and they wanted nothing to do with Magistrate Court.
Thanks again guys for all the fine advice during my TERRIBLE delima!!

Hi Mark Christian
I want to appologize to you for using your site "Ask The Experts"
I merely ask for advice from the wonderful, Helpful guys about how to handle my DILEMA which is finally over. My problem got lots of interested people and THEY have helped me through getting my money returned from the HOT gun purchase.
Again I am sorry and I will not ask any aquestions again on your site.
Thanks0 -
After the first two threads there were very few additional questions and it simply became a running (one sided) commentary on the event as it unfolded in your eyes. As the questions run out in this forum the need for further posts on the same subject declines exponentially. I can see that you feel seven threads and approximately 60 posts on the subject are still not enough to suit you and you feel the need for number eight. This forum is not designed for long running novellas, that is the purpose of General Discussion.
If you feel that you have been ill used by me and that you did not receive adequate time on the boards for your story then you are free to go over my head and plead your case for additional time to Capt. Kirk, who is the head honcho here in ATE.

Hello Guys
After threating to file a Law suite against the Livonia Pawn shop in Conyers, Georgia. Cabels Visa told me tonight the Pawn put my $2,900 back in my account. So this is the end of my long battle to get my $2,900.00 back from the STOLEN gun that I was the UNLUCKY bidder on Gun Broker Auction. I have learned a valuable lesson. If this can happen to me it can happen to anyone. My advice is be careful where you you buy guns and whom is selling them.
This is my final letter to you wonderful, helpful, guys that gave me VALUABLE advice on my $2,900.00 dilema.
I believe there were a few people that didn't care what happened on the selling of the "HOT" gun to me. But believe me they would have been REAL conserned if they had lost $2,900.00
Despite you clearly saying that this was your "final letter" it seems that you still desired more attention. At some point every story has an ending...Happy or otherwise, and yours appeared to end on a positive note.0
