I have a WW2 Walther P.38 bring back passed down from my grandfather, the barrel retaining latch was held in place with red locktight, upon removing the latch and pulling the slide off, I noticed the reason for the lock tight was a missing retainer latch plunger, I found a plunger on http://www.cdnninvestments.com/wap3pl.html ...from the factory plunger pics ive seen, this one looks different, so my question is will this new one work?
