    Hi Mark Christian
I want to appologize to you for using your site "Ask The Experts"
I merely ask for advice from the wonderful, Helpful guys about how to handle my DILEMA which is finally over. My problem got lots of interested people and THEY have helped me through getting my money returned from the HOT gun purchase.
Again I am sorry and I will not ask any aquestions again on your site.
    Thanks

Supposedly put the money back in? You're still at square one in this ongoing saga. Let me 'splain, if I may..

..The back of your Visa card should have a WWW for accessing your information over the net. Once established with the web link, you can check your balance on a daily basis. If you're uncomfortable with this, then use the toll-free number that is on the card to confirm.

Don't rest. Call the pawn shop Monday, if [procedure above] shows no input into your account. Tell them the legal proceedings have started, and their actions are what are required to stop the process.

Keep on it, bro!! Best, Joe

I agree with Givette. Dont quit until as they say the money is in the account.

You have had far better luck than me. I can't even get any of the folks who sold me stolen guns to respond and when I call they just hang up.

Jerry... good luck with your on going situation with the Livonia pawn shop, but this is not the correct venue for this topic. Accordingly, I am locking this topic.

Three words for you... Hire an Attorney.

Again, this is not the correct venue for this type of topic.
