Grip for H&R 38 Defender

I'm trying to find a replacement grip for my H&R .38 S&W CTGE break barrel defender. I've been told it is a one piece birdheads grip. Original was plastic and has fallen apart. This gun belonged to my late father and I would like to restore it to original and give it to my son. Does anyone know where I could buy one? Vintage grips did not have it. I can email pictures of the gun. I would appreciate some help with this.
