Knife handles or maybe toothpicks for Ogres or the Jolly Green Giant! Most of the ones that I have viewed online were still attached to the head that was mounted, so I am not sure what can really be done with them. I am sure that others will post some creative and useful suggestions!

I did a two week safari hunt in Zimbabwe in year 2000. Over there the warthog tusks are used as handles of bottle openers. If you don't like that you can have it made into a pendant to wear around your neck.

I've seen them made into corkscrew handles.

They are kinda big for a pendant. There's often four of them in a set. I've seen them mounted on a plaque; sort of a european mount.

You could give them to me.
I think they would be neet to have.

I've got a pair and they seem to be kind of hollow, might make a whistle or a call of some kind. Just a thought.[;)]

I seem to remember reading in a book by Ormond or Ruark that they were used as front sights instead of elephant ivory as the warthog doesn't yellow with age.

Yup, I bought a cigar box full of 'em at a yard sale for $1 (wanted the nice wood cigar box...), sold 'em for $10 (w/o box) to a local custom gun maker for making front sight beads...
