300 209 primers! what makes them so expensive?

  Just an observation- seller is either shipping improperly, or is going to take a bath on costs. Last time I looked, primers alone are HAZMAT, and must be shipped by UPS, with a $25 HAZMAT fee tacked on to normal shipping costs. While ammo is not HAZMAT until you hit 66 pounds, primers ARE.

  Problem is he probably will not. When asked the 4 question at the post office he will say no and ship them in a small flat rate box........
