LATEST ON THE STOLEN GUN I BOUGHT ON GUN BROKER
Hi Guys
I want to than all you wonderful guys who gave me very good advice on my huge problem. Livonia Pawn Shop in Conyers Georgia that sold me the STOLEN gun on Gun Broker, has finally agreed they sold me a STOLEN gun and supposedly put my $2,900.00 back in my Visa account. Livonia Pawn Shop only came through when I told them I was going to file in Magistrate Court in there county, they probably been before the Judge there before and they wanted nothing to do with Magistrate Court.
Thanks again guys for all the fine advice during my TERRIBLE delima!!

No, when he sold it after owning it for two years. His buyer's FFL found out and it was confiscated by the police.0 -
This is a case where there is lots of questionable actions. 1st by the pawn shop which is suspect. 2nd by law enforcement too little too late. 3rd by a system which is flawed...
This gun if stolen should have been picked up by the initial incident at the pawn shop and not after by a innocent GB buyer and later reseller.
God speed in resolving this fiasco.0 -
hi guys
sorry about the cap button being on. I have 2 police reports one from Tennessee, and one from Texas, plus several other pieces of eveidence, it appears I have an iron clad case, but what scarces me is going to the pawn shops county court system, and possibly running into a crooked judge.0 -
