Browning Silver and Gold shotgun???

Dose any body know what the different is between the silver and gold shotguns? Is one better then the other? Been looking for a deer gun and would like to know which one of these is better. I know the gold has been discontinued. Thanks for any and all info!

  I have a silver, less $$, doesn't have a mag cutoff and feels just like a gold.
