    1. Upload the image to a public image hosting site. Photobucket is one free one; there are multiple others. Just follow the directions on the site (which usually involve registering an account then simply browsing to the image on your computer, and waiting 30 seconds while it uploads).

    2. Find the new web link to the image, then insert the link into your post using "img" tags.

    For example:

    THIS
    [*img]http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b240/earthtone55/101-0181_IMG.jpg?t=1290028868[/*img]

Gets displayed as THIS, if you omit the red asterisks from between the "img" brackets.

Here is the way it should look when you follow the instructions:

The photo above is my "unusual" shotgun. The only marking on the gun is "PAT APPLIED FOR 10397" stamped in the forearm of the stock.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

    Thanks for your input.

It's what was called a gorilla gun, Based on homemade guns used in the PI during W W II, against the Japanese who invade and occupied the islands between 1941 & 45. A GI who was there got the idea and decided to bring it back to the States as a inexpensive utility shotgun. They were not popular and he was soon out of business.
