this is more like a thank you to those of you who was able to comment on my previous post it is helpful and I believe he might settle for the 30-6!

  Very good choice, coyotes to moose. Can start with the low recoil loads and move up to what ever is needed. For one rifle in North America it is hard to top the 30-06.
