uzi receiver
Hi,sorry for my bad american language,i'm italian.
During a removal to my home new,i have dented my Uzi semiauto
on the receiver. Is possible to buy in U.S. a new receiver fully
welded? (If is possible,without FFL).
Thank's. Paolo - Italy

No, it is not possible.
However, the receiver of an Uzi is only a bent metal sheet; any gunsmith or machinist should be able to repair yours.
Good luck, Neal0 -

Thank you for your answers; my Uzi is branded original IMI,and it is
mod. B . I have buy on america site a AR15 receiver without FFL,
but i don't find a uzi receiver.Only receiver find ,fully welded,
is on gunbroker,but him don't ship in Italy.0 -
An AR-15 upper receiver does not require an FFL. However, an AR-15 lower receiver, which is stamped with the serial number, DOES require an FFL.
For you to buy a complete firearm, or just the receiver, you would need to hire an importer in Italy. You would also need to hire an exporter in the US. However, the US Dept of State would never issue an export permit for an UZI.
You will need to find someone in Italy to repair or replace your receiver.

I think that we now understand your situation.
I would like to be able to help you, but I hate prison food.
Good luck, Neal0 -
But the receiver without serial number do you can have?
The problem is the shipping?0 -
Those of us in the US can make a receiver from an "80% unfinished receiver" for our own use; we cannot give it or sell it to anyone else.
No Uzi, or Uzi parts, or anything close to a Uzi part, can be exported from the US to Italy.
Capiche?

o.k.,now i understand...i'll find an artisan in Italy for to repair
