    Shot my new wildcat today,its a accurate 22 rfle...it has the heavy barrel,but the stock needs more weight,may have to add lead shot in the stock,anyone ever had to do this before on there 22 rifle...

    Yes. Figure out how much weight you need. Take the buttplate off. We drilled a couple of holes length ways, be careful as the stock get thinner. We mixed the shot in bedding compound and put it the holes. Let is set and put the buttplate back on.
