Bayonet information/value question...
I acquired these at an estate sale several years ago. While I certainly appreciate their historical value, they have been collecting dust and have no personal worth. I have very little information on them, nor do I know what they are worth. One is a bayonet for an MI Garand I believe. It is stamped VP 32. The other is a Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Co. Solinger bayonet. Both have sheaths. Does anybody have any information regarding history and value? Thanks.

I believe the Weyersburg to be aChilean bayo...agree with the previous estimates as long as condition is high. 0 -
VP = Victory Plastics and should be on the metal band around the throat of the scabbard? Check the ricasso - the part of the blade closest to the handle - for any other stamping on the bayonet. 0
