Fixed Sight S&W Options - K-Frame
Hi gang. My model 64-5 4" has excellent accuracy. So much so that I use anatomical match grips and shoot it one handed in preparation for NRA Bullseye, however, I want to take this pistol to the next level by adding either a Red Dot or adjustable sights, but no one seems to make a mount or adjustable sights for SW fixed sight revolvers.
Anyone know of any options or products I am missing? I know Aimtech makes a mount but it is butt ugly and makes the gun look like it has big hair.

Contact Brownells customer service folks. If anybody has a aftermarket, no drill, bolt on, red dot, sight mount for a K frame it would be them.
If all else fails and you really want to shoot the 64 in matches. You will probably have to have a gunsmith drill and tap the top strap for screw on mounts.0 -
Bomar is long gone.
Aristocrat makes adjustable PPC type ribs but I don't know if they fit the factory barrel like the old Bomar cover-up.

Thanks I was thinking of a coverup rib like the 4" model from Wichita.
Like you said, they don't make any old school stuff like this anymore.0
