I'm looking at a Model 64, serial number 1149xxx. The seller says the gun was made in 1940. According to notes I made from past info. you supplied, it appears to date to 1937. Can you confirm DOM? Thanks Jim

  The seller is not correct.
  
  Serial number 1149000 was serialized October 13th, 1937 and serial number 1149999 was serialized on October 19th, 1937.
