American Gun Co was a trademark-only firm. The guns were made by Crescent Arms. Your top-break .32 rimfire revolver should be considered a non-firing specimen even if ammo were available. Value ranges from $50 to $175 (in unfired condition).

The only American Gun Co revolver listed in my Blue Book is a 32 rimfire top-break. If you have something else, I can't help.
