Remington model 30 stock swap

Will a Winchester stock fit on a Model 30 (circa 1927)?I know the 30's were made from surplus military parts,other gun companys did the same thing to use up parts.Just wondering if the stocks were the same during that time period.

  NO Winche4ster will not fit You had a reply on another post stating a model 1917 US military stock may come the closest to fitting.
