Need some help with value on an 1100

I searched for a Remington 1100 in 16 ga and could not find one. The gun is over 95%, has not had 2 boxes shot through it.

Any ideas on a value....

  As they are hard to find, not exactly rare, most people tend to hold on to them and not many come up for sale. around here one in real good shape with maybe a few hunting nicks will go in the 450-600 range.

  I think the top of the range $450-$600 is the most likely. Notice how unusual ga 1100's get premium prices in the link below.
