Question regarding MOD. 12 20GA

HI FOLKS: I just picked up a Winchester MOD 12 takedown in 20GA and I'm concerned about the length of shell that it is chambered for. There are no markings on the bbl. that one would normaly find there. According to the serial num. it was made in 1913. it has a solid rib and a 24 3/4 inch nickle steel bbl. Would it be 2 1/2 or 2 3/4 or is there any way I can check.

  IF it hasn't been converted it is chambered for 2 1/2" ammo, these can be found (try grafs.com)
