FFL papers

I dont have an FFL but sold a gun here. I have the copy of the buyers FFL. How long do I have to keep the copy and be ready for ???????

  You don't need to keep it.

  But, it's a good idea to keep the FFL EZ-Check that you printed out indefinitely.

  As a non licensee you are under no obligation to maintain the copy. Non licensees will generally hold onto it until it expires and then dispose of it.
