Armi San Marco Shotguns

I just purchased an Armi San Marco Shotgun that is a 12 guage, over and under. It chambers 3 1/2 shells. It appears that the top barrel is either a full or modified choke and the bottom barrel is either a modified or improved cylinder. The bottom barrel shoots first.

Anyone familiar with this gun? Any idea on value? Good shape with a few minor indentions in the wood.
