Problems with Lee Auto Disk Pro Measure

Was loading last night. Wanted 4.9 gr of Bullseye for a 200gr 45 bullet. 1st charge started at 4.9 but kept going down more and more. by the 5th charge, it was 4.1. What's wrong? Anyone have the same experience? IF I knocked the measure around a bit, it would go back to 4.9, then reduce again.

    That is just one of the reasons I got rid of my Lee. The disc's don't meter flake powder very well. Like you said, if you keep tapping it the thing half way works.

    With flake you will have to knock every time. Matter of fact, with just about any powder measure and flake you will have to knock.

    I'm gonna get a little vibrator and tape it to the hopper. Others have done this with good results.
