    Hello,

The Light 20 is an actual variation, but it does not have "Light" marked on it anywhere. Instead, is has Twenty engraved on the upper left side of the receiver frame.

Contact Browning for an instruction sheet and owners manual.

    [mine was made in 1970/quote]

That would be the Belgium era.

There is the Magnum Twenty and the standard Twenty. Light Twenty was referenced to indicate it was not a magnum. Unlike the Sweet Sixteen vs the standard sixteen, I don't think there was any special variation. I don't think it was indicated on the receiver until most production moved to Japan in 1976.

I have a 1973 belgian auto five with the same "Light Twenty" marking, same location. I'd really love it if mine was one of a kind! But obviously there was a light twenty model that was marked accordingly.
