Value of WW2 Belgiun Browning
I have a 9 mm pistol that my father brought back from World War 2. It is marked:
Fabrique Nationale D'armes de Guerre
Herstal Belgique
It is in good shap and has the original leather military holster.
How do I determine its value?

For positive identification and a accurate assessment of value, it would be best if you could post quality photos of the HP to the forum.
The link below has instructions for posting photos in the forum.

Only a guess, but this may very well be a m1935, which was later known as the Browning Hipower.
Go to the auction side, and search for M1935. Hopefully this will help.

morrison29...most probably a Belgium HiPower as many were taken over by the Germans and pressed into their service....the SS loved them! Got to see photos to determine value...condition is everything and one persons "good" shape is another "poor" shape. You mention "holster." Go over it carefully and look for any marks and describe them. Correct HiPower holsters in super shape could bring as much as $200 or so. If you can't take photos of the pistol, go over it carefully and describe every mark you see and where. That would help...but nothing like photos[^] 0
