Lorcin L-22
Can the extractor from a Lorcin L-25 or .32 or .380 be modified to fit and function in a L-22?

I would have someone make one for the hand gun. I had to search for 4 years before I found a discontinued model gun that was over a hundred years old. Did you try Gun Parts, Bobs or any of the other on line parts houses. Did you try to run down Lorcin sometime someone ends up with a inventor of left over parts when they go out of business and if you do some detective work you may be able to find them. 0 -
I don't know if an extractor from another Lorcin would fit (with or without modification), but it might.
Having a part custom fabricated is certainly possible, though perhaps not cost effective for what amounts to a $60 gun.
I certainly wouldn't spend too much time and/or effort trying to source this part. You can replace a broken part, but you're not going to fix the lousy design and poor construction. If you replace the extractor, it (or some other part of the gun) is just likely to break again.
As you probably already know, Numrich doesn't have this part in stock right now:

You might shoot this guy an email and make him an offer:
