Bill of sale
Hey guy's I'm buying a couple guns via private sale and Im just wondering if anyone has a good bill of sale template they wouldn't mind emailing me. I used to have a good one that just had names, drives license #'s, addy's pretty much all personal info along with all gun info, serial, caliber, model, maker etc. So just looking for something like that if anyone has one it would be greatly appreciated.

If none of our folks can help, try GOOGLEing, "bill of sale" or something similar. Last time I needed one that's what I did. Bunch of templates came up, so I copied and pasted till I had what I wanted and printed it up. 0 -
Is the Bill of Sale for you or the seller?
Many buyers like the thought of a FTF sale so there is no record of the transaction. Many sellers have the opposite opinion.0 -
If there is a record of me buying it you can be VERY sure I want a record of to whom & when it was sold. I also found that it was useful to have a record of from whom & when I bought a pistol that turned out to be stolen. The record was only my cancelled check on which I had written Luger & the serial number but that was enough. 0
