Adding a picture to my post??

Have a vintage BB pistol I'm trying to ID and have a picture but not able to add my picture, any help would be great. Went to insert image but doesn't let me go anywhere to look for my picture on my computer.

  Look at the top few STICKY post on this forum it will tell you how to post pictures
