Del-ton AR-15

Does anyone know anything about the quality of the Del-ton AR-15? I'm seriously looking to purchase my first AR and price vs quality is always my first consideration.

  Well, I happen to have one...Works for me. I have the collapsable stock version and all ok,,nice rifle,,imo..shoots as good as my Rock River.

  I have several and can't tell any difference between this brand and any other.

  Delton and Model 1 are sort of the Chevys of ARs. They work fine, I have an upper of each and have had no problems. Reliable and accurate enough for my casual shooting of ARs. If it's your first build you can buy a kit from either of them, get a stripped lower for about $90.00 and have a basic AR built in about 45 minutes. Using it and doing some reading will result in you having likes and dislikes and gaining information on what you might want for a future build.
