    Call or email these guys they sell a lot of this type weapon in California they should be able to tell you. They will also be the best bet to FFL this if it is good for the State at a reasonable price.

    I think it is the buyer's problem, not yours. He will send you payment plus the receiving dealer's FFL. It's his responsibility to make sure it is legal for him to own in his state, & to line up his dealer, before he bids on anything.

    There are some folks (like LEO's) who can buy guns that are not permitted to be purchased by citizens; whether he is or is not one of these folks is something you would have no way of knowing.

    If the gun is what would be considered an "assault rifle" in calif, it can be bought providing it has a bullet button magazine release in place, or a mag release that requires a "tool" to remove.

    What I am going to tell you is hard to believe, 2 or 3 years back, I shipped a Springfield Armory Sniper style Assault rifle to Cal Russia, it looked like a Rambo special. You going to LOVE this part, the gun was legal to ship there, but not the flash suppressor, the flash suppressor had rectangle holes in it and was illegal in Cal. I had to have the suppressor taken off of the gun by a gunsmith, couldn't get it off myself. If the hole would have been ROUND the suppressor is legal in Cal. Russia. Can anyone explain to me HOW the round hole suppressor is going to cut down on crime in Cal Russia compared to the suppressor with rectangle holes.

    Jerry, No one can explain it rationally because it makes no sense. These laws were made by a bunch of anti-gun liberals who unfortunately control our legislature and are clueless when it comes to firearm nomenclature.

    Here is the story on "flash hiders" here. The one with the rectangular slots like found on the M1A is illegal because its a "flash hider". The other similar part with holes is a "compensator". As written in Cal law "Flash hiders" are evil. "Compensators" are NOT considered EVIL so are OK to have on your gun.

    The AK the OP questioned is a pump action and not a semi auto. CA AW laws regarding rifles address semi auto, centerfire only. As such, this pump action centerfire is not effected by CA AW laws. It can have a pistol grip, detach magazine and all the evil features one wants.

    The information gathered for the California ban was not done by liberals it was done by turn coats that got paid to point out what they thought were assault rifles, other dangerous weapons and to give the descriptions of the features that compromised an assault rifle. These politicians are not smart enough to figure these thing out they had to get someone to cross over to the dark side to get the information.
