Winchester Model 1886, 45-70 Value please

Hello all...
My first post!

I am purchasing the above-referenced rifle and was wondering if anyone could give me info on its value and authenticity. It has the half octagon, 22 inch barrel and is in decent shape.

(pics avail on request)
