I live on Long Island New York and was wondering the best place to sell this item. I don't know all the legal aspects on selling firearms so that's why I am asking. It is basically the same as this:

  It's a modern handgun and would need to go to an FFL dealer. It can also be shipped to a C&R (Curio & Relics) FFL holder in most states but NY State does not recognize C&R licenses for handguns.
