Crescent has been out of business for almost eighty years so parts are going to be very scarce especially wood like butt stocks and forearms. But that doesn't mean that they are impossible to find. You can try three sources like Gun Parts Ins., Popperts Gun Parts or Jack First. Some times they will have what you need. You can also surf the various gun auction sites like Gun Broker that have parts up for sale. They also from time to time have parts guns up for auction. Back in my gun smithing days, I made stocks when I needed a replacement. I bought a piece of 2 X 6 walnut from the local lumber store and cut it to shape using a band saw, a lathe. an 18 inch X 1/4" electricians drill bit to bore the bolt hole and hand tools and a belt sander to do the final shaping. Took me about a week to make a butt stock and three days to make a forearm.

There were a pile of Crescents around, and while most were doubles, it is possible to find parts guns and transfer stocks. It might take a little longer, and be cheaper than a new replacment.

There must be companies w/ stock duplicating machines. Anyone know of one? It would be a help to West & Jeff too.
