Whats the round count? How long have you owned it? What kind of ammo have you been using? Did it just start malfunctioning? Have you cleaned the internal gas mechanism?

#1, Try different brands of commercial ammo.

#2, Make sure the gas operated mechanism is clean. If you have never taken it down it might be best to have a competent gunsmith do it.

if this is an older bar I'd suggest a good cleaning, new operating spring and buffer. If you aren't familure with the take down I'll suggest a trip to your gunsmith.

I would check the magazine follower spring first or try a different magazine(clip). Sounds like it might be rusty, weak or maybe even for the wrong caliber. If the gas system locks the bolt back, it would seem that is OK. Sounds like the magazine is not functioning properly.
