FFL personal guns question

    #1 If you have a personal fierarm that you owned pre FFL: You may sell it at anytime..Just enter it in your book, (acquired from..your name and address) sell it and complete a 4473 on the buyer.....

    #2 For firearms you acquire post FFL: When they've been on the book for one year..You may log them out to yourself...If you decide to sell after that...Go back to rule #1..

    PS: Best to read the law than to rely on anybody's(includind ATFE's) word of mouth...
